1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using DigitalBegleiter, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your credentials. Keep your password secret and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Credits and billing
DigitalBegleiter is sold as prepaid credits at $0.10 per credit, starting from a minimum purchase of 50 credits. Credits are consumed when you activate products from your dashboard. Unused credits remain available in your wallet subject to the Refund Policy.
Bank transfer is the default payment method. Other payment methods may be enabled over time. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund for the affected period.
5. Customer data
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant DigitalBegleiter the limited right to process that data to operate the service. Our handling of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
DigitalBegleiter and its licensors own all rights in the platform, the AI models we build, and our brand. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the service without our written consent.
7. Service availability
We work hard to keep DigitalBegleiter reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and incidents may occur. Status updates are posted at status.digitalbegleiter.io.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalBegleiter disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalBegleiter’s aggregate liability arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid DigitalBegleiter in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using DigitalBegleiter at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present security or legal risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DigitalBegleiter GmbH is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
