Acceptable Use Policy

To keep DigitalBegleiter safe and useful for everyone, we ask all customers to follow these rules.

1. Prohibited content

  • Content that exploits or endangers minors.
  • Content that promotes or incites violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
  • Hateful content targeting people based on protected characteristics.
  • Sexually explicit material involving non-consenting parties.
  • Material that infringes intellectual-property rights you do not own or license.

2. Prohibited activities

  • Unauthorized access, scraping, or interference with DigitalBegleiter or third-party systems.
  • Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive communications.
  • Impersonating DigitalBegleiter, its staff, or other people or organizations.
  • Using DigitalBegleiter to make legally binding decisions about credit, employment, housing, or insurance without appropriate human review.
  • Reverse-engineering, extracting model weights, or attempting to derive our prompts and system instructions.

3. Regulated industries

DigitalBegleiter is not certified for use as a medical device, legal counsel, or financial advisor. If you deploy DigitalBegleiter in regulated contexts, you are responsible for ensuring appropriate disclosures, human oversight, and compliance with applicable law.

4. Security

Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any DigitalBegleiter system without prior written consent. Report suspected vulnerabilities to [email protected].

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, throttling, account suspension, or termination — depending on severity. We may notify law-enforcement authorities when required by law.

6. Reporting abuse

If you believe DigitalBegleiter is being misused, please email [email protected] with as much detail as possible.
