1. 14-day refund window
You may request a full refund of any credit purchase within 14 calendar days of the payment-received date, provided that no more than 20% of the purchased credits have been consumed.
2. How to request a refund
Send an email to [email protected] from the address associated with your account. Include your order reference and a short reason — we use this to improve the product. Most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method (bank transfers are returned by wire).
3. Non-refundable items
- Bonus credits granted as part of a promotion or top-up tier.
- Credits already consumed by activated products.
- Purchases older than 14 days at the time of the request.
- Fees imposed by your bank for the original transfer.
4. Disputes and chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback, please contact [email protected] — most issues can be resolved within a day. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended pending review.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.
